What sets the PLINT A/S Watering Can apart is its superior galvanization process. Each can is hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc alloy heated to 460 degrees. This process ensures the zinc adheres to the iron like a thick syrup, forming a protective coating that prevents rust. After dipping, the cans hang to drip for 20 minutes, allowing the zinc to form a thick, protective layer. For the colored versions, the cans are then powder-coated, giving them a unique, characteristic finish that looks like an artistic application of paint, adding to their charm and durability.
