Watering
Quito is a bit like us when it comes to hydration - it doesn't like to be too thirsty, but it also doesn't appreciate overindulgence. Water when the top inch of the soil feels dry, and ensure any excess can drain away to avoid waterlogged roots.
Light
This Peperomia enjoys a soft spotlight. Place it in a location with bright, indirect light. While it's adaptable to lower light conditions, too much direct sunlight might be a tad harsh for its delicate leaves.
Temperature
Quito feels most comfortable in temperatures ranging from 65°F to 75°F (18°C to 24°C). It's not a fan of the cold, so keep it away from drafty windows or doors.
Soil Mix
A well-draining soil mix is Quito's preference. A blend of potting soil with some added perlite or sand will make it feel right at home.
Humidity
